Al P lsi , aid he felt each employee should be <br /> required to prepare a weekly time- sheet . Sel . Caffyn asked if they <br /> viewed this as a big problem. The Personnel. AssIs ant commented that <br /> employees are currently reporting their time on the weekly payroll <br /> voucher which is signed by the department head and that she did not <br /> feel there was a big problem of employees not reportIng time . All in favor. <br /> Personnel Board ' s Article <br /> The Personnel Assistant advised the Board that 'she submitted an <br /> article for , the Annual Town Meeting whish will ask that money be <br /> appropriated to fund five additiona x steps to the P. A. P. salary <br /> schedule, to increase the longevity amounts in the P.A. P. and � <br /> upgrade positions in the P.A . P. as recommended in Jane ' s report . <br /> 'faking into consideration that all union contracts will expire in f � <br /> June, the Board indicated that. they did not want to put in for a cost <br /> of laving increase for the P .
