PERSONNEL BOARD MINUTES <br /> MEETING MAY 1J, 1992 PAGE <br /> Emol.o.yment Service Contract cont . <br /> The Board discussed the Pay Differential section of the B. A. B, , page <br /> 12, and voted to recommend that it be followed because of a past <br /> precedent . In case the Board o eltmen decide use the <br /> Employment Agreement, the Board felt the following changes sh. uld be <br /> considered : <br /> Section 4 - 5th line - Employee shall be paid at the rate o $20 . 82 <br /> r hour for those hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week, <br /> which represents time and one-half her regularly hourly rate , <br /> Section 5 --- The Beard wondered if it was the intent of the <br /> Selectmen to pay the employee on a bi-monthly basis every two <br /> months or on a bi--veely basis every two weeks <br /> A memo will be sent to the Board of Selectmen with Personnel <br /> recommendations . <br /> Vacation Ba and Conn ensat r Ba - K . Harrin ton <br /> Selectman a yn asked the Personnel Board for their input i th <br /> regard to payment of vacation time and compensatory time for Kevin <br /> Harrington. The Board discussed the fact that the Board o <br /> Selectmen accepted Kevin Harrin ton' s letter of resignation. <br /> After further discussion, the Personnel Board agreed to send a memo . <br /> recommending that the terms outlined in Kevin Harrinton ' s letter <br /> dated April 24 be accepted since the Board of Selectmen did not <br /> indicate that they would not accept his terms , The Personnel Board <br /> felt that Harrington could reasonably infer that the terns outlined <br /> in his letter are accepted . <br /> Meeting adjourned at 11 : 35 a.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Marilyn Farren <br /> Personnel Assistant <br /> Mf <br /> r <br />
