In a memo dated June . 1 , Selectman Caffyn asked that a survey of each department be conducted relative to accrued vacation time .- She asked that we report what the impact will be to each department and recommend hour the Board of Selectmen should handle this f Chairman . Sullivan said that t he wound concur with the Board of Selectmen if they allowed vacation carry-over beyond the maximum allowed provided that Department Heads are 'notified that - they rust us-e the excessive carry- over within the. first quarrter of the fipal year . Chairman Sullivan said that he called for a cap of five days . In a memo dated June 4 from Ed Baker , Finance Committee liaison to Personnel , he recommends that the rigid implementation of the vacation policy be - de- f err e - de- fer. ed until FY ' 93. and that excess . carryover of vacation be allowed with the following restrictions : require all excess carryover~ to be utilized during FY ' 93 and require employee in return for policy exception) -to agree to ft rf �it'U'r•:e of any financial claire for the excess carryover due to separa- ti'on for any cause during FY ' 93 Leterx of , --- es� nat�. n .-- The Bard reviewed a letter from Sue Lochiatto to be effective as of July 3 . Ms . Lochiatto indicates that she will 'be returing to school -n'd it is with - regret that -e resigns her position as Program Supervisor of the Leisure Services Department .
