NEW BUSINESS Reappointments o f Board Members The Board reviewed a memo- from Joyce Mason , Administrative Assistant , noti- fying Board- members Jane Stockbridge , Leo Turo and Bob Sullivan that their appointments expire on June 30 , 1992 -0 All three 'Board members indicated that they would like another three--yeas appointment in accordance ".-i{th -Ee Personnel Administration Plan . Re-organization of Board Berg Lofchie indicated that since there were three Board members up' for re-appointment , we should hold off reorganizing the Board until the July meeting . Schneider is interested in coming to the Town of mashpee to spear to employees about the HIST/Aids virus . The Board asked that a memo be sent out to employees asking if there is an in-terest in having Mr . Schneider come to speak and train employees . Vacation Impact Chairman Sullivan indicated that Nancy Caff rn asked for input from the Personnel Department relative to carry-over of excessive vacation days into the new fiscal year +.
