The Personnel Assistant advised that she <br /> sent the position descriptions of the Building inspector and Council <br /> on Aging Director along with a copy of an in-house posting to the <br /> Board of Selectmen for their review prior to posting the positions . <br /> Letter of Resignation - J0 Zurowick <br /> A letter of resignation from James Zurowick, Data Collector, was <br /> received by the Board . Mr. Zurowick plans to leave his position as <br /> of July 31 . The Personnel Assistant alerted the Board that there <br /> might be a potential problem with the employee using his sick time <br /> prior to his date of resignation. The Assistant Department Head <br /> reported that Mr. Zurowick was out sick today. After some <br /> discussion, the Board felt that this should be followed up on to see <br /> if he calls <br /> n sick again. <br /> Letter of Resignation - S . McCabe <br /> The Board also reviewed a letter of resignation from Patrolman Scott <br /> McCabe a to be effective as of August 9 . Mr. McCabe is pursuing a <br /> position with the Massachusetts State Police. <br /> Letter to Harbormaster <br /> The Board reviewed a copy of a letter dated July 17 to the Harbor- <br /> master from Denise Sullivan, Finance Committee Member, relative t <br /> an accumulation of his compensatory time. She also requests the <br /> Harbormaster to notify her what gays he has taken off as vacation <br /> days . <br />
