PERSONNEL BOARD <br /> MINUTES of JULY 2A, 1992 FAGS <br /> Chairman Sullivan said that the Board could reader ars opinion. <br /> After further discussion,, Leo Turn abstained . Jane Stockbridge said <br /> that she could not vote; but commented that the money is in -the <br /> budget and she felt it should be paid this year only. Ben L fohie <br /> abstained . Bob Sullivan said that he was not in favor of payment. <br /> Rita said that she felt it was not something to be paid from year to <br /> year. <br /> i <br /> Positions Advertised � <br /> The Personnel Assistant advised the Board that the applications for � <br /> the part-time position of water District Clerk were being reviewed { <br /> by Dave Bailey, Director of the Assessing office. <br /> She also advised the Board that the act for the part-time Program <br /> Director of Leisure Services had closed and applications were being <br /> 1 <br /> reviewed by Dean Driscoll , Director of Leisure Services , <br /> i <br /> The position of Floating Clerk is currently being advertised and <br /> will close shortly. <br /> a <br /> The Board scheduled Thursday, July 30, at 1 : 00 p .m. as a tate to <br /> interview for these positions . <br /> i <br /> New eetin i ht <br /> Board members agreed to schedule future Personnel Board meeetings <br /> for the second Tuesday of each month. <br /> Articles for Torn Meeting <br /> Board members agreed to submit articles for the Fall Annual Town <br /> Meeting for upgrades of positions as recommended in Jane <br /> Stockbridge ' s report, for five additional steps to the P.A.P. # s <br /> salary schedule and for increased longevity a me is for P.A. P& , <br /> employees , <br /> Letter from conservation Commission- re: Uy>grade of...- Positions <br /> The Board received a copy of a letter dated July 14, 1992 from the <br /> Chairman of the Conservation Commission to the Board of Selectmen <br /> relative to an upgrade of the Conservation Agent and the Administra- <br /> tive Secretary. Jane Stockbridge noted that the Conservation Agent 1 <br /> position was recommended in her report for an upgrade., but the { <br /> 1 <br /> Administrative Secretarial position was not recommended to be <br /> upgraded .
