He explained what . was currently doing and hog h the incumbent e felt that she was doing a fine job , He also mentioned that the Selectmen were i agreement with the reclassification of the position . Bob said that he would like to have the article stand as submitted . Bob Sullivan said that he has never doubted Jane Stockbridge ' s wort and what the Board recommends . He said he was in favor of the reclassificaton of the Leisure Services Program Supervisor going to Grade S as previously voted by the Personn -1 Board . All Board members were in agreement to leave the article stand as is with the reclassification of the position from Grade 6 to Grade S , Administrative Clerk The Board reviewed an article submitted by the Conservation Commis- sion cion to create a non-standard part-time position of Administrative Clerk, Grade 4, of the F.A. F. Rita Sousa mentioned that the Finance Committee feels -.t should be at Grade 2 . After lengthy review and discussion relative to the temporary nature of the position, the Board voted to recommend that the position be slotted into Grade 2, Step 3 of the P.A . P. Personnel Administrator Article Mita Sousa advised the Beard that a memo elated April 25, 1993 from Deirdre Greelish, Finance Committee Chairman, to Bob Whritenour, Executive Secretar a questioned the validity of the Personnel Administrator article commenting that there is no such position in the P.A . F. as Personnel Administrator. She indicates that this is a new position and would need to be created * She also suggested that creating the new position and leaving the position of Personnel Assistant in place ' since we will need an Assistant for our Administrator in years . to come .
