i i PERSONNEL BOARD MINUTES/SEPTEMBER 26 , 1996_/PACE 2 ( Deborah Sa.ldana* Ms . Saldana has eight years work experience transporting students on a Brockton-Charlestown bus run. She is employed with Leisure Services in the morning j and is a rural carrier on Saturday. She stated she could adjust her schedule to be available Monday through Friday starting at 8 : 30 a.m. She is familiar with wheelchair lifts. She is scheduled to renew her CPR certification tonight. ( 4 ) Robert Collins : Mr. Collins has experience as a driver for the Falmouth Hos itakl courtesy van* Mr. Collins supplied three letters of reference. Mr. Collins asked several questions about the position and procedures on the job. Mr. Collins stated he is very comfortable with the elderly � o ulation* He is experienced with wheelchairs , particularly rentals. He is on call with CATS. Daphne Monroe: Ms . Monroe has experience transporting head injured patients for the MENTOR Program, She is on call for C TA.. She- has worked with the elderly as a home health aide. She is familiar with wheelchairs . She enjoys driving and can do basic auto maintainance. She holds a CPR certificate and Class B license. The committee rated each candidate usincj the standard interview rating form.
