Harbormaster Report: Activities are slow on the water. Al spending time on <br /> administrative matters including management of 552 moorings. Payments <br /> for moorings due April 30, 2017. Al also spending familiarization/training <br /> time with Mashpee Police Department. <br /> Shellfish Constable Report: <br /> Request from Christine Willander to handle a clarification issue with Mr <br /> Ronhock. This needs to be verified with Al Turner and Rick York. <br /> Mr. Bates believes there needs to be a change in liability from the town to <br /> the individual for damage to shellfish activities/equipment by dredging <br /> operations as dredge pipe cannot be controlled to avoid damage to <br /> shellfish .areas located in close proximity to waterways. It .be the <br /> responsibility of the applicant to follow up with the Waterways Commission <br /> about Town dredging scheduled.on April 15t and October 1g' each year.
