The three articles concerned the Popponesset Approach Channel Dredge 5,OOOCY, 65,0001 <br /> funding of$20,000 for Harbormaster/waterways equipment and a dredge funding proposal for the <br /> Great River/Little River,3 000CY,$39,000. Ken requested a motion for approval. Don Barton made the <br /> motion for approval and Stan Healy 2 and was unanimously approved by Commission members. <br /> Pursuant to the Reorganization of waterways Commission for the next year, Don MacDoald <br /> recommended that the Commission membership status remain intact. Don Barton made a motion to <br /> this effect,and was 20 by Tim Leed hare. The vote on the motion was unanimous. <br /> Ken also requested that invoice approval authority, at this level,be granted to the slice Chairman on an <br /> as needed basis. The expressed purpose is to facilitate timely approval in order to conduct the business <br /> of the Commission. A motion was made by Tim Leedham and Don Barton 2r'a the motion. The vote was <br /> unanimous. <br /> On the Great River Ramp project, Ken stated there was no appreciable change in the project status as <br /> previously reported. <br />
