Keri stated that <br /> the Chapter 91 Permit for the Great River Ramp Project is ready to be signed. <br /> Notice of the closure of the Great Rives Landing was published on the Town <br /> website and in various newspapers. <br /> Waterways Improvement Pian and Dredging Schedule - Key stated that the COC <br /> for Mashpee received approval from Conservation and was officially recorded for <br /> the 1916 charnel in perpetuity. The Barnstable component of the COC stili <br /> requires approval of their Conservation Commission for their review of the 1916 <br /> channel and can grant a 3year extension to August 26, 2024. Ken also noted that <br /> the invoice for engineering has been forwarded to the Townto be processed for <br /> payment. <br /> A motion to adjourn was made by Stan Healy and 2nd by Tim Leedham.
