The Superintendent of <br /> Schools , in a communication dated January 29 , 1987 , stated that a <br /> the regular meeting of the School Committee on January 15 , 1987, a <br /> vote was taken to declare a stove range as surplus property. Carol <br /> Lopez , representing ing the Mashpee Baptist Church, has expressed interest <br /> in acquiring the range . ' Mr. Murphy stated that the range could not be <br /> 11given away" , that it should be put out for bid or sold at auction and <br /> that odiion be that the range i "as s" and that the Town assumes <br /> no responsibility as to its condition, It was unanimously agreed to <br /> put this stove out to bid or auction conditioning that it is sold "as is" <br /> and that the Town will assume no responsibility for any defects in <br /> I <br /> operation. <br /> WATER COMMISSION: <br /> l. - Mr. Lawrence moved to accept the minutes of the <br /> Regular and Executive sessions of the Water Commission held on <br /> January 20 , 1987. The vote was unanimous . <br /> 2. Chairwoman Thomas stated that the Commissioners have <br /> received the weekly water report for the week ending November 3O , 1987 <br /> There being no further business to come before the Regular Session of <br /> the Board of Selectmen, and in consideration of Executive Session immedia- <br /> tely following the Regular Session, Acting Chairperson, Be Jeal. Thomas , <br /> adjourned the Regular Meeting at 8: 15 P* M. after appropriate motion. <br /> She stated that the Regular Session would not re-convene, <br /> Minutesof the Executive Session were recorded separately and made a <br /> part of these minutes .
