The Article is v "To see if the Town will Grote to transfer <br /> sure of money from the Dog Fund to the Library Expense .Account or <br /> take any other action relating thereto". Ir. mu 'phy stated that this <br /> sura is approximately $250o006 ' It was unanimously agreed to include <br /> this Article on the Warrant, <br /> (11) Animal Control of icer° - Article for Annual Town <br /> Meeting,- This Article is for $5 ,970,00. to purchase a X00 MHZ <br /> Mobile radio and portable radio for the Animal Control Officer. it <br /> was ascertained that the administrative radio c ommuni c-ati on system <br /> is adequate for the needs of the Animal Control Officer by unanimous <br /> agreement. Police Chief ley 's opinion vias solicited a.nd he was in <br /> concurrence with that decision.. <br /> (12) Zoning Article - Board of Health. This Article <br /> which seeks to amend the Zoning By-law by amending Subsection 11.B.4.1 <br /> received no comment at this meeting. It will be discussed/r°eviewed <br /> at the Administrative Meeting on Tuesday, February 10, 1987. <br /> (12) Article diagnostic feasibility study o A humet <br /> I I I II■ I I�i�rini�in...r• I�IIirN >— I lil�rll�iii-rr��i! <br /> World. Mrs . Article re : possible <br /> water purchase from High wood Water Company panyr for thepurpose f supplying <br /> -t <br /> water -,-i:-Asher s path, Route. 28t Summerwood Development and Cotuit <br /> Corners . Mrs. Thomas explained that this Article is proposed as a, <br /> Protection in the event that the T-4 well W S not Productive, She <br /> said that a. letter has' been received from High wood stating that they <br /> would be willing to enter into an agreement,, She added that this <br /> Article may also be advantageous if waiter 'is not available from the <br /> T-4 well in a timely manner. It was unanimously agreed to include this <br /> Article in the Warrant* <br /> (14) Arts Council - Appointments . The Council requested <br /> ��Ii.PI ■ 1 i V I■.rel■�Y�h Ir—�■■.IStiI <br /> the appointment of Theodora 'Adams and Marlene Joe to the Council, Where <br /> are currently nine members . A total of twenty-two members is allowed. <br /> Ir°. Lawrence moved to appoint Theodora.. Adams and Marlene Joe as members <br /> to the Arts Council, The vote was unanimous <br /> (15) Building Inspector - St eIncrease for Administrative <br /> Secreta Douglas Boyd, ui lding Inspector, recommended atop increase <br /> for Patricia white to Grade IV, Step 2 to become effective February 3 <br /> 1987., Mr. Lawrence moved to approve the recommended step increase as <br /> requested. The vote was unanimous , <br />
