Fire Department . rie 1 for Annual Town meeting submitted by the Fire Department and identified as Articles "All through "F" were deferred for further review. 3 . Department of Public Works . Ernest Virgilio, Director, requested placement on the Warrant for Annual Ton beefing for a article to take Deerfield Road, Alden Circle and Blair Circle through the private to public road conversion program through betterment assessment; and an article to take Bowdoin Road through the same process . It was unanimously agreed to place this article on the warrant . 4. Shellfish Department. David Ryan shellfish Constable , has requested submission "if needed" to raise and appropriate or transfer from available finds the sum of $1 ,300. to purchase a, boat trailer and a typewriter for the Department . Placement on the warrant is delayed to ascertain if this sura is in the realm of budgets . 5. Personnel Board, The Personnel Board has submitted an article to amend the Appendix A of the Personnel Administration Plan to include a % cost of living increase as shown on schedules submitted; and an article to amend the Appendix B of the Personnel Administration Flan to include a. % cost of living increase and to upgrade temporary and seasonal positions as shown on on schedules submitted. The Executive Secretary noted that these articles have already been included on the Warrant . 6 . Town Planner. Thomas Fu ala., Town Planner, has sub- mitted an article to raise and appropriate or transfer from available funs $20,000, to be used to obtain engineering services including design and location of water and sewer lines , if necessary related to the layout and design of I l.s r dole Road between Sunset Strip and State Route 28 and Simons Road. Action on this article was deferred at this time , Article to sell or otherwise assI a, perpetual easement for roadway and utility purposes to Dolphin Bay Corporation over a portion of land identified as Assessor's leap 61, Plot 3 was deferred for further discussion with Town. Planner. Article relative to plan entitled "Ramos Estates" was deferred for further discussion with. the Town Planner. 7. Planning_ Board, This Board has submitted ars article to authorize the obtaining of consulting services to review and assess surface or ground water quality impacts of proposed subdivisions or other develo rents requiring review by said Board and to raise and appropriate 5,000. to pa.y any costs associated with such consulting service . Action on this article wa.s deferred for discussion with the Planning Board. 8. Animal Control Officer. June Daly, Animal Control Officer, submitted articles to accept provisions of Chapter 140, Section 147A of the General Laws j and to amend the Town by-laws b
