The vote was unanl.mous. <br /> 2. Articles for May ecial Town Meet, n. <br /> a. Police Department: To transfer a sum of money Y <br /> from the Police Clerk/Dispatcher Salary Account to <br /> the Police Nage Account* It was unanimously agreed <br /> to include this article on the warrant of the Special <br /> Town Meeting. <br /> . Treasurer/Tax Collector: The members unanimously <br /> agreed to include on the warrant of Special Town <br /> Meeting an article to appropriate and transfer a, <br /> sun of money from the Bill Printing Account to the <br /> Issuance o Debt Account <br /> The Board o f Selectmen una imously agreed to include <br /> on the warrant of Special Town. Meeting an article <br /> to appropriate and transfer a. sun of money from the <br /> Bill Printing Account to the Treasurer's Expense <br /> Account. <br /> C. Petition of property owner Edward o. Gourdin, Jr. <br /> Members unanimously agreed to include on the warrant <br /> for Special Town. Meeting an article to modify and <br /> change the Town. Zoning Map by deleting from the R-3M <br /> District and placing in the C-2 District an area <br /> designated on the Town Of Mashpee Assessors Map 27 <br /> as Int 48A. Mr. Murphy noted that the area so des lg - <br /> ated is the old Mashpee Garage . <br /> 3. Temrock Kennels re : boarding fees . Temrock Kennels <br /> hasgiven sufficient notice to the Board of Selectmen that beginning <br /> April 1, 1987t the fees for the daily board of all impounded dogs will <br /> e seven dollars per day. This is an increase from six dollars per <br /> �r i <br /> day which <br /> agreed upon re the contract between the Town of Mashpee <br /> and Temrock Kennels . <br /> 4. New England Telephone Petition - Utility- 04, <br /> A public hearing was held on March 16 , 1987 after notice being duly <br /> made as required. Ronald Pa Thi odeau of New England Telephone Company <br /> was present with Joseph Murphy conducting the hearing for the install- <br /> ation of one manhole duct between Simons Narrow and Dry Follow Lane . <br /> Mr. Lawrence moved that New England Telephone Utility Request #87-504 <br /> e accepted, The vote was unanimous ,, a <br /> 5.
