Mo <br /> Selectwoma.n Thomas moved that the minutes of the regular meeting <br /> held on March 25, 1987 be approved. Mr. larence seconded the motion <br /> and the vote was unanimous . <br /> APPOINTMENT'S AND HEARINGS : <br /> I <br /> 1. The status of Attaquin Park was dis- <br /> cussed and Mrs . Thomas moved that Attacuin lark remain as a Town beach <br /> for this 1987 season. Selectman Lawrence seconded the motion. The vote <br /> was unanimous . Mrs . Thomas moved to adopt the the recommended changes <br /> of 1 eliminating senior citizen discounts ; 2 drop the resident sticker <br /> fee from $10. 00. to $8. 00. per vehicle ; and 3 switch to window stickers <br /> From bumper} stickers and further, to adopt the 1987 Beach Sticker <br /> Regulations . Mr. Lawrence seconded the motion. The gate was unanimous . <br /> 2. Barnstable Count re : modes owed relative to Meetin <br /> house Road. Barry Johnson, County Administrator, was present on behalf <br /> of the Counter Commissioners requesting remittance in the amount of <br /> $7,453 .65 to Barnstable County for expenses incurred in 1974 and 1975 <br /> relating to surveying of Meetinghouse Road. The Counter has previously <br /> paid for these services . Opinion on this matter from Town Counsel was <br /> expressed in his letter dated December 23 , <br /> 1986, Mrs . Thomas moved to <br /> insert an article for a dome Rule Petition to authorize payment of this <br /> outstanding bill at the next special Town Meeting for which the warrant <br /> has not been closed. Ir. Lawrence seconded the motion. The vote was <br /> unanimous , <br /> (Note : This meeting was conducted out of order of the agenda) <br /> NEW BUSINESS : <br /> 1. Shellfish C mmi <br />
