db <br /> Board of Selectmen Page Five <br /> Regular Meeting <br /> Wednesday, April. 1 , 1987 <br /> Because of thepotentiality of confusion as to who would be inti-- <br /> ately responsible for this funding, the water District or the Town, <br /> but in light of the necessity to keep this project progressing in a <br /> timely Fashion, the Board members unanimously agreed to seek Funding <br /> for the design phase only, at this time <br /> i <br /> OTHER BUSINESS <br /> 1. Town Planner - annual reviews Mr. Lawrence re- <br /> commended <br /> e- <br /> commended that the scheduling of hours spent by it. Fudala at his <br /> 'office in Tows Hall be changed to flex-time scheduling in an effort <br /> to alleviate the numerous interuptions and disruptions which in- <br /> terupt the anticipated progress of work. Mr. Lawrence recommended <br /> with the concurrence of lir: Fudala that the Town Planner will be on <br /> working- schedule during weekdays From 10: 00 A.M. to 6 :00 P.M. and <br /> using weekend time at his discretion. Mr. Lawrence stressed that <br /> this is a. guideline and noted that many times when Mr. Fudala is not <br /> actually at Town, Hall , he is working on Town business. mr, . IaWrence <br /> moved that this scheduling' be -adopted and that a- memorandum be sent <br /> to the Personnel Board informing them of this agreement between the <br /> Board of Selectmen and Town Player p Thomas Fudala. Mrs . Thomas <br /> seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous <br /> There being no further business to come before the Regular <br /> Meeting, Chairman an Danson adjourned same after appropriate emotion at <br /> 50 Pe M. ;; whereupon,, after individual and affirmative vote , the <br /> Board moved to eater into Executive session to discuss real estate <br /> action involving the Town.
