Fa.bio' s I roc . - License for Amusement Devices . <br /> Mr. Murphy s ated that Fabio's II, Inc . is located on the premises <br /> Of Dick & Ellie's Flea Market, Route 28, and the application for <br /> license is for six pinball machines . He pointed out that there <br /> have been six pinball machines operating at that location in the <br /> past under another name and that there is now a need to have the <br /> license transferred. He further noted that this application has <br /> been published as being scheduled for hearing in the April 29, <br /> 1987 edition of The Enterprise . After discussion, it was unani- <br /> mously agreed that the operation of pinball machines has presented - <br /> no problems at that location ire the past. Mr. Lawrence roved that <br /> the, Board grant a. permit for six pinball machines at Dick & Ellie's <br /> Flea, Market on Route 2 . Mr. Manson seconded the motion. The vote <br /> was unanimous . <br /> Old Business : <br /> 1 <br /> 2. Board of Health Article re ; Ground water protect* <br /> dis triot. Mr.. Murphy referred to his memorandum dated May 6, 1987 <br /> and explained that this Article was not included on the warrant for <br /> the May ll, 19 Special Town Meeting by omission. He has discussed <br /> this situation with Mr. Buckingham o f the Board of Health and it is <br /> recommended that this Article be included on the Warrant of the <br /> July 27, 19 Special Town Meetings s Ir. Lawrence roved that the <br /> Article for a ground water protection district submitted by the <br /> Board of Health be included on the warrant for the Special Town <br /> Meeting scheduled to be held on July 2 , 1987. Mr. Caster seconded <br /> the motion. selectman Gottlieb stated that he has received a commu- <br /> nication From Tom Sexton of the water Quality Review Committee <br /> relative to data that may change the content of this Article , Some <br /> of the provisions from the old district may be incorporated into the <br /> new one that was accepted at Town Meeting September 22, 1986. Mra <br /> Gottlieb expects to meet with Mr. Sexton on Friday, May 15, 1987, <br /> for further discussion. In light of this information from Mr. Gottlieb, <br /> Ir. -Lawrence withdrew his motion to include this Article on the Warrant. <br /> Ir. Caster seconded the withdrawal, It was unanimously agreed by the <br /> Board members to wait for further information from Nor. Gottlieb before <br /> Proceeding with action on this matter. <br /> 3 . Bennett & Shaw re : recruitment services for new Fire <br /> Chiefs The Executive Secretary stated that he had inqu* d of mrtwo <br /> consultingagencies for <br /> g proposals to provide recruitment services , <br /> He has received only one proposal that one being From Bennett <br /> Shaw, Management Consultants . He further stated that this Firm <br /> will perform recruitment services for a, total cost of oo0 o0 <br /> The proposal presents the estimation that interviews could be held <br /> within sixty days of the acceptance of this proposal.. Selectman <br /> Lawrence spoke in favor of accepting this {-proposal noting that the <br />
