S Board of selectmen Page Eight Regular Meeting Wednesday, June 17 , 1987 that the Planning Board be authorized to consult with Town Counsel for the purpose of issuing an opinion regarding the interpretation of the l ashpee zoning By-laws , specifically the parking provision as it may be applicable in the open space special permitting pro- cedures * Mr. Lawrence roved that the Planning Board be permitted to consult with Town counsel on this matter concerning sa id astle lashpee , Inc * after July 1, 1987. lir. Carter seconded the motion* The Grote was unanimous . 6. Waterways_Committee - letter of interest,, Richard Halpern has submitted a -letter of interest to serge as a member of the Waterways. Committee . Mr. Halpern is currently an Assistant Harbormaster in the Town. It was unanimously agreed to defer this matter until the next regular meeting of the Board scheduled to be held on Wednesday, June 24, 1987a 7.
