She stated that her <br /> experience with the Harbormasters er#s on the pond situation is that it <br /> just is not adequate, She said, "The people on that pond really <br /> appreciate Mr. Govoni and Mr. Lund" . Wendy Rubin,, Director of Parks <br /> and Recreation Department spoke in agreement with Mrs. Jacobson. <br /> Police Chief Frye said, " y main concern is the use of private boats . <br /> Town Counsel said last year that he recommends that private boats <br /> are not used. I am in agreement with that* I will not let my men <br /> use private vehicles . I'm the head of the Police Department and I <br /> want go on record saying that I 'm against using private boats . <br /> If there is an accident , if there isn't proper training, IIm liable <br /> for 'it" . <br /> Ir.
