The Article is submitted by the water Commissioners . Mr. Murphy explained that this would provide secretarial ser- vices for forty-four weeks at ten hours per week at $7.03. per hour. The Board discussed where the funding requested would come from, After discussion, Mr. Gottlieb moved that this article be included on the warrant for the August 31 , 1987 Special Town fleeting and that prior to the meeting, William Jones , Chairman of the water Commission, will id- entify the s .0 ce of funds or demonstrate a revenue stream that can account for the funds , otherwise said article will be postponed indefinetely. Mr. Carter seconded the motion. Mr. Lawrence voted in opposition to the moti n. Mrs .# Thomas and Mr. Hanson voted in favor. Article submitted by owner, Donald Be Blakeman and Blakeman Associates , Inc . This article was presented as submitted by the o in e r and seeks a Town vote to amend the Zoning By-law by amending S-e ti'on ll. ,,l. The card discussed the legality of this article : specifically as it pertains to the rezoning Of a portion of land consisting o ix lots and Mr o Blakeman is not the owner of all six lots , After dis- cussion, 1r. Laurence roved that no zoning articles be allowed to be put on the warrant by the Board of Selectmen until they have been reviewed by and approved by Town Counsel.. lir. Hanson seconded the motion. The vote was un- animous. Action on this article is deferred. Article is submitted by the Board of Assessors , Town Clea, Elections and Registrations , Fire Department, and Police Department Mr. Gottlieb moved that this article not be inserted on the warrant for the Special Town Meeting to be held on August31, 1987. I . Carter secanded the motion. Messrs . Hanson and Lawrence voted in favor of this motion, After further dis- cussion, Mr. Carter moved that from this time forward, all articles involving money will be reviewed by the Executive Secretary for his review and recommendations oto be attached to the article prior to presentation to the Board of Select- men. Mr# Lawrence seconded the motion, Mr. Gottlieb stepped
