Regular -Session reconvened at 8: 02 p.m. NEW BUSINESS I Selectman Carter moved to appoint Joseph Kelley as a call firefighter . Selectman Gottlieb seconded the motion . All were in favor . 2 Selectman Gottlieb moved to appoint Delia to the Inland and Coastal Waterways Committee to fill the unexpired tern. Selectman Carter seconded the motion. All were in f ao rr . 3 Selectmen reviewed the recommendations of the Personnel Board and i the Chief of Police relative to the appointment of part-tine clerk for the Police Department . Selectman Carter roved to appoint Judith Kelley as part-time clerk for the police department . Selectman Gottlieb seconded the motion. All were in faovr . Selectmen received two letters of resignation from Carol Jacobson from the Council on Aging and the Senior Center Building Needs Study Committee. Selectman Gottlieb moved to accept the letters of resignation. Selectman Lawrence seconded the motion. All were in fr .. Selectmen asked that a letter of appreciation be forwarded . Selectmen received letters of resignation from all three water commissioners. Selectman Gottlieb moved to accept the resignations of William Jones , Gerry Orlando , and Doug Boyd as water commissioners . Selectman Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor . Selectman Thomas pointed out that this } rings the authority bac} to the Selectmen. Selectmen Gottlieb and Thomas agreed to serve as interim Nater Commissioners . Selectman Carter moved to appoint Selectman Gottlieb and Selectman Thomas as lNterim Water Commissioners . in lieu of the resignations of the Town Nater Commissioners . All were in f aor . 6) Selectmen recieved for approval two requests for legal. services . One from the South Cape Beach Advisory Committee and the other from the Planning Board. i
