They felt the present Trustee is not making best of the <br /> funds available for investment. <br /> Selectman carter pointed out you would have to petition the probate court for <br /> a change of trustee. <br /> It was suggested in the communication that possibly the Town Treasurer ingest the <br /> funds. <br /> Selectman carter stated he would be happy to work with the Town Accountant and <br /> Treasurer on this. <br /> . selectmen received an advisory from the Cape cod Planning and Economic Development <br /> Commission regarding authorization of a Town Liaison to sEMASS Partnership. <br /> Mr. Murphy pointed out the Town has taken care of this. <br /> 8. Selectman carter spoke to the issue of installation of a snow fence for the <br /> Dredging project. He painted out he spoke to Ernie and he has agreed he could <br /> do this with six men on a Saturday at a cost of $500. <br /> The other option would be during regular business hogs and it would not be done <br /> until l o ember. <br /> Mr. carter also addressed the replanting and fencing with Hydro-Dredge doing the <br /> work. The cost for Hydro-Dredge to do the work would be about $12,000. <br /> Mr. Carter estimates the grass would cost about $3,900 and would be planted by <br /> volunteers of the Booster club. <br /> It was fur the r pointed out that the conservation corrmni s s i on wants hay bails the <br /> length of the fence which will be costly. <br /> Mr. carter asked that a letter be seat to the conservation commission asking <br /> their attendance to discuss the hay bails. <br /> Mr. Virgilio will also be requested to forward estimates for the fence. <br /> APPOINTMENTS HEARINGS <br /> 7:15 -- select en conducted a public hearing on the request of cape cod convention <br /> Center, Inc. d/b/a sun wah to close from October 20, 1987 to April 1 , 1988 <br /> for renovations. <br /> Mr. Halpern explained he is changing the format of his business and would <br /> like time to renovate. <br /> Mr. Halpern pointed out he does not have the resources to do it all right <br /> away, and it would be one other person with himself doing the work. <br />
