Murphy asked that this be deferred for two weeks. <br /> The Board deferred action for two ,weeps. <br /> . Selectman Gottlieb advised the Board that the Sewer Committee had decided against <br /> the consolidation of Fields Point and Wind Chime. <br /> . Selectman Thomas asked M . Hanson to join Selectman Gottlieb and herself as <br /> Water Commissioners. Mr. Manson agreed. <br /> Selectman Gottlieb m(ved to appoint Selectrran Hanson as a Water Commissioner. <br /> Selectman Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor, <br /> . Selectman Hanson advised the Board that there have been additional problems <br /> with John's Fond since John varkonda left. He stated it has been put in the <br /> hands of the Shellfish Warden who has met with the Conservation Officer to put <br /> her in line with the problems. <br /> . Board had previously approved a letter relative to Snow and Ice and now are being <br /> asked to execute the letter. <br /> The Board executed the letter. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 1. The Board was requested to execute the transportation agreement with Bay Colony. <br /> Selectman Lawrence - vel to execute the transportation agreement with Bay Colony. <br /> Selectman Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> Selectmen were asked to execute amendment #1 to the Inter-municipal Agreement on <br /> the Otis Transfer Station. <br /> Selectman Lawrence moved to execute amendment #1 to the Inter-municipal Agreement <br /> on the Otis Transfer Station. Selectman Carter seconded the motion. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> 2, Deputy Chief Maurice A. Cooper Jr. recommended that Barbara Hoxton be promoted to <br /> Administrative Assistant effective December 1. <br /> i <br /> Selectman Carter moved to upgrade Barbara Morton to Administrative Assistant <br /> effective December 1. Selectman Hanson seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br />
