BOARD OF SELEC'M MINUTES MONDAY, OCTOBER 1 , 1987 Regular Session Fag 4. OLD BUS INE S Selectmen were scheduled to execute the computer contract. . Murphy asked that this be deferred for two weeks. The Board deferred action for two ,weeps. . Selectman Gottlieb advised the Board that the Sewer Committee had decided against the consolidation of Fields Point and Wind Chime. . Selectman Thomas asked M . Hanson to join Selectman Gottlieb and herself as Water Commissioners. Mr. Manson agreed. Selectman Gottlieb m(ved to appoint Selectrran Hanson as a Water Commissioner. Selectman Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor, . Selectman Hanson advised the Board that there have been additional problems with John's Fond since John varkonda left. He stated it has been put in the hands of the Shellfish Warden who has met with the Conservation Officer to put her in line with the problems. . Board had previously approved a letter relative to Snow and Ice and now are being asked to execute the letter. The Board executed the letter. NEW BUSINESS 1. The Board was requested to execute the transportation agreement with Bay Colony. Selectman Lawrence - vel to execute the transportation agreement with Bay Colony. Selectman Carter seconded the motion. All were in favor. Selectmen were asked to execute amendment #1 to the Inter-municipal Agreement on the Otis Transfer Station. Cooper Jr. recommended that Barbara Hoxton be promoted to Administrative Assistant effective December 1. i Selectman Carter moved to upgrade Barbara Morton to Administrative Assistant effective December 1. Selectman Hanson seconded the motion. All were in favor.
