Selectman -Hanson seconded the <br /> motion. All present were in favor. <br /> Selectman Garter roved to grant a step increase for Robert Tallent to <br /> Grade 4, Step 4 effective January 1, 1988. Selectman Hanson seconded <br /> the motion. All present were in favor. <br /> Selectman Gottlieb moved to grant a step increase for Larry .Dov -to Foreman, <br /> Step 3 effective January -1, 1988. Selectman Hanson seconded the motion. <br /> All present were in favor, <br /> Selectmen reviewed two articles from the Chief of. Police for the February 1, <br /> 1988 pedal town -meeting. Both articles, were transfers within the department. <br /> The..Board agreed to, include thein -in the February 1,- 1988 special town meeting. <br /> Selectmen- received a petition from. ,the Naus t Workshop for the annual town <br /> meeting. The petition included signatures of sixteen registered voters. <br /> The Beard will include this on the annual town meeting warrant. <br /> The Board reviewed four articles from the Town Planner, three dealing with <br /> zoning and one dealing with a new position. The Beard felt these should go <br /> on the annual town meeting warrant, <br /> Selectman Thomas felt the article dealing with subsection 11.B.4. I should <br /> go into the February 1, special town meeting. The Burd agreed to prat it <br /> in the February special town meeting warrant. <br /> 9 . The Board was asked to approve and execute a purchase and sales agreement <br /> in behalf of the Town Frith Philip M. Boudreau. to purchase his property <br /> located north of Santuit Pond. <br /> Selectman Gottlieb moved to execute the purchase and- sales agreement between <br /> Philip M. Boudreau and the 'Town- of .Mashpee for the Town to purchase Lots <br /> and 5 through 22, inclusive, and portion� of a lot lying in the Town of <br /> Mashpe all as . shown on Land Court Plan .36 855-B.
