Mr. Gottlieb arid Mrs. Jacobson <br /> agreed mith the recommendaticarp. Mr. Lawrence did not agree. <br /> Mr. Carter did not votce. The Board agreed to discuss the <br /> subject at a later time. <br /> 7. All agreed to the recommendatioo to continue the practice of <br /> using Proposition 2 1/2 debt exclusions for all land <br /> purchases and projects of significant cost such as this <br /> year's projczect to secure with a "cap" the landfill in an <br /> enrironmentally sound manner, <br /> 8. The Board agreed with Mr. Murphy's recommendation to review <br /> the capital program to determine which of the proposed four <br /> new town buildings/additions should proceed. <br /> R.E.CIUEST.S FOR INCREASE OF HOURS <br /> ^ <br />| <br /> 1 The Board discussed the request from the Board of Appeals to <br />/ increase the hours of the Secretary to .20 hours per meek. <br /> Mr. Murphy stat�d that this should not be subject to an <br /> override. He also advised the Board that the position <br /> required 25 hours per meek. <br /> 2. The Board discussed the request of the Personnel Board to <br />| increase the hours of the Personnel Assistant from 35 to 40 <br />| and agreed that since this would conflict with the PAP, it <br />| <br /> should be increased to 37^ 5 hours <br />| ^ <br />| <br />| <br />| 3. The Board agreed that the hours of the Council on Aging <br /> Outreach Worker should be increased to 37. 5 for the reasons | <br /> stated above. <br />| <br />| <br />| 4. The Board agreed to make a decision at a later time relative <br />| to the increase of hours for the part—time administrative <br /> clerk from 18 to 20 hours. <br />
