The Proposal stated that 1 . <br /> $3, 00 dollar fee per vehicle per day would be charged for <br /> Massachusetts residents and $9.00 per vehicle per day for <br /> out-of-site vehicles, 2. hire a security firm to provide <br /> parking ng attendant seer i ces from 9:00 a.m. to sunset o <br /> weekends and holidays - the Board agreed the the hours <br /> should be 8:00 a.m. to sunset, 3. The parking would be <br /> limited to 48 lined pert i nab spaces, 4. The Town will Provide <br /> policing and trash and litter removal end PAB rules and <br /> applicable Town by-laws will be enforced by the Town, <br /> 40 5. The installation of, a gate will be requested ofthe PAB <br /> and the Town will reserve the ri ht to close the gate at1 <br /> night If night activity contributes to security problems at <br /> Att qua n Park or surrounding neighborhoods , and 6. The Town <br /> will request the installation of speed bumps on the access <br /> road and reporting of "No Parking" 51gns where approprfate. <br /> Selectmen Lawrence, Jacobson and Carter agreed with the <br /> proposal which is to be sent to the Public Access Board for <br /> their acceptance. Mr, Hanson stated that he was opposed to <br /> the Town's takeover of the ramp. <br /> OTHER OLD BUSINESS <br /> Mr, Gottlieb reP r ed to the coard on his ner atiori with <br /> Chester Kot l i nsky relative to the articles he submitted for <br /> the Annual Town Meeting, <br /> Mrs, Jacobson asked if a photograph for the cover of the <br /> Town Report had been chosen. Mr, Gottlieb indicated that he <br /> would be handling this. <br /> Mr. Murphy informed the Board that Bob ,Jutstrom would <br /> complete a survey of the Town's street lights t no charge <br /> to the Town. <br />
