r' <br /> 7 <br /> a <br /> 8 ARD of SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, MARCH 279 1989 <br /> PRESENT: Selectmen Lawrence, Gottlieb, Hanson, Jacobson, Carter, 111111 <br /> Executive Secretary Joseph Murphy, Town Counsel Joseph F. <br /> Reardon <br /> GUESTS: Caroline Duni van, Marie Scalley, Anna Tanneyh i l l , Ernie <br /> Virgilio, Fred Peters t Tom Fuda l a, Richard Shaw h ess , <br /> Chief Ridgeway* Carl Heller* Caroline Dunivan, William <br /> Towner, John Ferriday, Anthony Gallo, James Vaccaro <br /> The meeting convened at 7:00 p.m. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Mr, Hanson moved to accept the Regular and Executive Session minutes <br /> of March 13, 1989. Mrs. Jacobson seconded the motion. All were in <br /> favor. Mr. Gottlieb was not present for the vote. <br /> APPOINTMENTS HEARINGS <br /> 11 Ms. Caroline Dun 1 van appeared before the Baord relative to <br /> her application of a Restaurant Wine and Malt Beverages <br /> L i cense for Gefa l o' . There was no opposition from the <br /> public. <br /> 1r# Hanson roved to approve the Restaurant Wine and Malt <br /> Beverages license application for Caroline Dunivan d/b/a <br /> Cefa l o's at Malshpee Commons provided Ms. Duan i van <br /> furry i shes a the list of abutters so notified. Mrs, <br /> Jacobson seconded the motion and Mr. Lawrence was in <br /> favor. Mr. Carter stepped down and Mr, Gott l i eb was not <br /> present for the vote. <br /> Anna Tanneyhill , Chairperson of the Historical Commission <br /> attended to inform the Board of the Corr i s s i on's <br /> disappointment i n the way that the removal of trees Wa5 <br /> handled on Old Barnstable Road, Mrs. T nne hill stated <br /> that due to the removal of the large number of trees, <br /> there was no point in requesting that Old Barnstable Road <br /> be designated as a scenic road <br />
