Jacobson pointed out that Conservation <br /> Commission usually relied on the planner on the land <br /> acquisitions and was unsure on whether the owners had been <br /> contacted . Mr. Murphy said the office was facing a time <br /> deadline in that the final warrant had to be prepared on the <br /> following day to be included In the Board ' s agenda packages . <br /> He said that changes after noontime would be difficult . r . <br /> Hanson suggested that rather than just take the articles off <br /> the warrant, Mrs . Jacobson contact the Conservation <br /> Commission chairperson to check on the status of the parcels <br /> and advise the Executive Secretary by noon so that he would <br /> }snow whether to leave the articles in the warrant . It was <br /> the concensus of the Board that this action be tauten , <br /> * Mr, Murphy noted that bids received for equipment <br /> were being reviewed and final costs would be avail-able f o r <br /> town meeting , <br /> Mr. Murphy said that landfill/transfer station <br /> operation specifications were complete ' and were being <br /> reviewed by the Board of Health'* He said bids mould be <br /> available for a joint meeting that would be scheduled with <br /> the Beard of Health, Selectmen and Finance Committee prior <br /> to the beginning of town meeting . <br /> There being no farther business, the Board adjourned at g <br /> p . . <br /> petf y submit ed, <br /> o e h F.
