Mr. Hanson <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor-, <br /> Mr . Carter moved -to adopt General Order ----423 <br /> Mandated Retorting by Police Officers to the Disabled <br /> Persons Protection Commission submitted by the Police <br /> Department. Mr. Hanson seconded the motion , '11 were In <br /> favor. <br /> . Mr. Hanson roved to authorize the vice-chairman of the <br /> Board of $e1ectmen to aDprove a contract for services <br /> between the Town and Sabatia Environmental Planning. The <br /> contract must first be approved by Town Counsel . The <br /> Purpose of the contract is for SEP to conduct an <br /> environmental review of the wetlands for the Buff l ehe d <br /> Day project. Mr. Carter seconded the motion and Mr. <br /> Gottlieb was in favor . Mr * Lawrence and Mrs, Jacobson <br /> stepped down <br /> Mr. Hanson moved to send a letter 'to Joyce Mason <br /> commending her for a job well done as noted in a letter <br /> from <br /> tter- <br /> from Fr n M hone , e resident of M shpee. Mr. Carter <br /> seconded the motion. All were In favor. Mr .
