Murphy <br /> 0 <br /> GUESTS: George Benwa y, Paul Somerville, Douglas Storrs <br /> The meeting convened at p.m. <br /> MINUTES <br /> Mr, Gottlieb moved to accept the Regular and Executive Session <br /> minutes of Larch 27, 1989, Mr , Hanson seconded the motion and Mr. <br /> Lawrence was in favor, Mr. Carter was not present for the vote. <br /> APPOINTMENTS ' HEAPI NGS <br /> 1 . Douglas Storrs appreared before the Board relative to the <br /> request of Sea Breeze Liquors, Inc. d/b/a hpee Commons <br /> Spirits to relocate the Package Goods Store Alcoholic <br /> Beverages L+i cense. <br /> It was agreed thatsince - the detailed floor plan was not <br /> available at this tine, the hearing be Continued to April <br /> 2 , 1989 at 8:00 p.m. Mr. Murphy requested that Mr. <br /> Storrs forward a letter to the Board stating that he agreed <br /> to cont i nue the hearing for this reason <br /> No one from the public was opposed to the requested change. <br /> Paul Somerville attended relative to the Shellfish <br /> omm i ss i on`s proposed designations of shellfish management <br /> closure areas and des i gne i o of family-permit only areas. <br /> The Board voted unanimously to accept the recommendation of <br /> the Shellfish Commission that the following areas be closed <br /> to all shellfishing activity (unless noted otherwise in <br /> the designation) to protect seed shellfish resources until <br /> further notice. <br />
