Recommend that Little River be closed to commercial she l 1 f i sh i ng until further notice, to be effective April 15, 1989. The boundry lines will consist of a line drawn from the southern tip of Monomoscoy Island I n a westerly direction acr055 to a sign on the shore of Seconsett Island, then north along the Mean High Water Mark -to a sign on the northern tip of Seconsett I1an , then in an easterly direction across the river to a sign on the bank of Monomocoy 11n , then along the Mean High Water Mark in southerly direction back to the sign on the southern tip of Monomoscoy Island. I n Poppones set Bay 2, All the waters and flats enclosed by a line drawn from the chain link fence on M shpee Deck to the east of the Mashpee fleck Boat Ramp along the Mean High dater Mark in an easterly di rection to a sign on the beach in front of 8 Frog Fond C 1 ose Road, then out approximately 50 Feet to a white buoy with a red stripe, then back along the shore in a westerly direction in a line feet offshore from and parallel to the Mean High Dater Mark to a similar buoy placed offshore of the chain link fence, thea back inshore to the chain link fence. y The waters and flats enclosed by a line from a point at the base of the pier at 126 Captains Row in an easterly direction around the point along the Mean High mater Mark to a sign on the beach in front of 96 Captains Row, then in a straight line offshore from the sign to e white buoy with red stripe, then in aw south -westerly direction back around the point fn a line of s i rn i 1 ar buoys to a buoy directly offshore from the pier at 12 Captains Row, then inshore to the base of the pier at 126 Captains Row.
