The waters and flats enclosed by a line drawn froma sign at the mouth of the creek that runs under the Secon5ett Island Causeway out to a white buoy with a recd stripe approximately 150 feet out from the Mean High mater Mark, then in southerly direction in a line parallel to the shore of Seonsett island to a buoy 10 feet out from a sign on the beach at 26 Beconsett Island Road, then inshore to that sign, thea back along the Mean High water Mark to the ' sin at the mouth of the creek where the line began. . Mr, Somerville informed the Board of the rec m enc a t ons of the Shellfish Commission relative to a communication from the Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisherie5 requesting i priority classification of five shellfish areas in the Town's waters* The areas designated are 1 the southern part of Popponesset Bair, including the Spit, Popponesset � Creek, Daniels Island and okway Bay, . Little River, Great River corplenc, dauo i t Bair v upper Popponesset Bay, Nantucket Sound Shoreline. The Board voted unan i mouf s l y to accept the above recommendations.
