Mr. Gottlieb <br /> seconded the motion, Mr, Garter was in favor. Mr. Hanson <br /> was opposed. Mr. Lawrence was not present. <br /> Mr. Giroux agreed to request that the hearings be Continued <br /> for 30 dogs so that he may have time to confer with <br /> Principals of the Company as well as their legal counsel , <br /> Mr. Carter proved to continue the hearing relative to New <br /> Seabur r's request for a separate license for the Mews <br /> Conference Center until May 221, 1989 at p,rn. Mr, <br /> Hanson seconded the motion. Mr. Gottlieb was in favor . <br /> Mrs. Jacobson was opposed. Mr. Lawrence was not present. <br /> Mr. Hanson moved to continue the hearing relative to New <br /> eabury" s request for an extension of the ex i st i na license <br /> at New Seabury Company Limited Partnersh i until May 22, <br /> 1989 at 7:00 p.m. Mr--. Carter seconded the motion, Mr, <br /> Gottlieb was in favor. Mrs . Jacobson was opposed. Mr. <br /> Lawrence was not present. <br /> Carlo DoEste and Richard Cohn, residents of the Mews <br /> Village, as well as Richard Cohen and William Henchy, <br /> attorneys representing residents all spoke In opposition of <br /> both applications. <br />
