Inc* <br /> The Board voted unanimously to continue the public hearing <br /> of Bea Breeze Liquors ,, Inc, da Mashoee Common Spirits <br /> ntil May 15, 1989 at 7: 00 o,m so that- a more accurate <br /> floor l e n could be reviewed. <br /> The Board agreed to remain in Pu lVc Session to discuss <br /> issues relating o south Cape Beach since no discussion of <br /> Potential litigation would tame place. <br /> Morris Kirsner, representing the South Cape Beach state Park <br /> Advisory Committee attended along with Representative Cahir <br /> to further discu5s issues relating to the Park, <br /> i <br /> The condition of the unpaved portion of Great Oak Road was <br /> brought up and Representative C h i r stated that BEM had <br /> indicated to hire that funds would be identified and action <br /> would be taken within a week to begin repairs on the road, <br /> Mr. Gottlie stated that he had also spoken to Mr. F u or of <br /> DEM and that funds had been located and that DEM was in the <br /> process of obtaining prices for the cost of emergency <br /> repairs to the Road. <br /> Mr. Kir ner stated that he and Representative Cah i r would <br /> meet with Mr. Ku or and others involved to inform them that <br /> the Board of Selectmen had instructed the South Cape Beach <br /> State Park Advisory Committee to end neao i t i ons with the <br /> State until the repalr5 have been made to the Roark, <br /> Mr. Lawrence moved that the Board of Selectmen instruct the <br /> South Cape Beach Park Advisory Committee to end any and all <br /> discussions with the state concerning South Cape Beach <br /> unless the state has Provided by Friday, April 28, 1989 an <br /> exact. plan for the rel airs of Great Oak Road from the end of <br /> the macadam to the Town Beach, and that these repairs have <br /> begun by Monday, Mai. , 1989.
