Mrs. Jacobson seconded the motion, All were in <br /> favor. <br /> COLD BUSINESS <br /> i <br /> I., The Board received a memorandum from Selectman Jacobson <br /> concern I nq the hours for the Permit Office. The Permit <br /> Office hours will be Monday through Friday From a.m. <br /> -� <br /> 1 :00 p.m. and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. - p.m. beginning <br /> on May 13 , 19890 <br /> The Board discussed a memorandum from Selectman Jacobson <br /> regarding the Park & Recreation Program Director hours. <br /> Mrs, Jacobson stated that the hours for the Program <br /> Director should be Increased to 30 bogs per week for July <br /> and August. <br /> Mrs. Jacobson and Mr, carter agreed to meet to discuss the <br /> timing of hiring a Coordinator and report back to the Board <br /> next geek. <br /> TIER OLD BUSINESS <br /> 11 Mr. Lawrence informed the Board that since work had not <br /> begun on Great Oak Road by the State, he contacted Mr. <br /> umor at DEM and stated that he would attempt to have <br /> discussions with the South Cape Beach Advisory Committee <br /> and the State discontinued, <br /> L <br />
