x <br /> B0 D o S L CT # <br /> MINUTES -REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, MAY 159 1989 <br /> PAGE TWO <br /> I <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> I <br /> 11 John Reintz representing' Sea Breeze Liquors, nc, , d/b/a <br /> Mashee Commons Spirits was present for a continuance of a <br /> hearing to present a revised floor plan for the new <br /> location. <br /> Mr. Carter moved to grant a transfer of the liquor license <br /> to Sea Breeze Liquors , Inc. d/b/a Mashpee Commons Spirits. <br /> Mr, Lawrence seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 11 Mrs. Jacobson reported to the Board relative to the <br /> position of Program Director for the Leisure Service <br /> Department and informed the Board that a job description <br /> would be ready for review by the Board of selectmen next <br /> week. <br /> . The Board agreed to defer action on a bid submitted by <br /> Perry' s Boat Yard for a patrol boat and traller, until Mr, <br /> Carter has had an opportunity to look into issues <br /> concerning Perry f s Boat Yard, <br /> , Selectman Hanson raised issues relating to proposed changes <br /> to the parking area at South Cape Beach and how these <br /> changes will affect residents of the Town who use the <br /> Beach, The Bord agreed to schedule a meeting with the <br /> South Cape Beach Advisory Commission to discuss these <br /> issues further. <br /> , The Board voted unanimously to Include the following <br /> question on the ballot for the special election to be held <br /> on June 24, 1989: <br />
