Mr. Lawrence stated that this <br /> was the second or third time that the granting of <br /> additional one day licenses has been allowed. <br /> 3 * Mr. Curtis Hendricks attended to discuss his concerns <br /> relative to the number of minorities e pl yad by general <br /> contractors for the school and transfer station. <br /> Mr. Gottlieb stated that the Board would obtain personnel <br /> records from the general contractor and cross-check them <br /> wi h what Mr. Hendricks had told the Board. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 11 Joseph Rearden was present to discuss with the Beard the <br /> sixth draft of the Memorandum randum of Understanding relative t <br /> South Cape Beach as well as other i s.su s relating to the <br /> Beach. <br /> #r. John Andrews of Surf Drive in Mashpee described to the <br /> Board the problem that he had using Great Oak Road in <br /> November and requested that the Board do what they can t <br /> Deep beach parking and all other facilities unchanged. <br /> Mr. Lawrence moved to communicate to the South Cape Beach <br /> State Park Advisory Committee that the plans for the State <br /> facilities are oversized and not in keeping with the <br /> natural state of the beach. hers. Jacobson seconded the <br /> motion. Mr, Gottlieb and Mr. Carter were in favor. Mr. <br /> Manson abstained. <br />
