a f <br /> BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES RE ULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, JUNE 199 1989 <br /> PAGE THREE <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1 (Cont. ) <br /> Mr, Manson proved to appoint Carol Jacobson to the John`s <br /> Fond Park Committee, Mr, Carter seconded the motion. Mr, <br /> Gottlieb and her. Lawrence were in favor, Mrs. Jacobson <br /> abstained, <br /> Mr. Carter moved to appoint Dr. Elizabeth Petti to the <br /> School Building Committee. Mr . Manson seconded the motion. <br /> Al 1 were 1*n favor, <br /> Mr, Carter moved to appoint John J . Friel as an alternate <br /> member to the Zoning Board of Appeals. Mr, Hanson seconded <br /> the motion. All were in favor, <br /> Mr. Carter moved to appoint Jerry Monaghan and Fred Peters <br /> as Deputy Shellfish Wardens .. Mrs. Jacobson seconded the <br /> oti'on# All were in favor . <br /> The Board discussed a memo from the Personnel Board, <br /> The Board agreed that evaulations of department head <br /> should be completed by the liaison that they have worked <br /> with for the past year, <br /> All agreed that all committees should have Board o <br /> Selectmen liaisons. Mr. Gottlieb stated that he would <br /> address all those committees that were not included on the <br /> list ori inal l fir. <br /> Mr. Carter moved to direct the Personnel Board to advertise <br /> in the Boston Sunday Globe and the Sunday Cape Cod Times <br /> for the Director of Leisure, Recreation and Education <br /> Services position. Mrs. Jacobson seconded the motion. All <br /> were in favor. <br />
