* 1 <br /> M T <br /> BOARD OF SELECTMEN <br /> MINUTES RE aU A SESSION <br /> MONDAY, JUNE 19, 1989 <br /> PAGE FOUR <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> The Board discussed a memo from Mr, Murphy relative to the <br /> Proposition 2 1/2 Ballot Explanations, The memo stated <br /> that the Office of the Secretary State and the Department <br /> of Revenue informed h i t that the Town could not expend <br /> public funds to provide information to voters prior to the <br /> special election. <br /> OTHER OLD BUSINESS <br /> I . Mr. Henson reported to the Board that he had contacted the <br /> Council on Aging to ask thea to consider the possibility of <br /> reserving a site at the Town Hall complex for a Senior <br /> Citizens Center site. <br /> i <br /> 2. Mrs. Jacobson moved to execute a contract with Gale <br /> Engineering Services to oversee the construction and to <br /> perform Contract administration services for a total of <br /> for the reconstruction of the Middle Shoo l Roof. <br /> Mr. Henson seconded the motion. All were i n favor. <br /> 3. her. Carter moved to reject the bid of Exodus Marine, Inc. <br /> d/b/a Perr "'s Boat Yard since it does not meet <br /> spec <br /> I f i cat i ons and t k accept the bid of Half-Tide Merin , <br /> Inc, in the amount of $12,500 to supply the Tern with e <br /> Sailfish Model 170 with an 88 hp Johnson outboard motor. <br /> Mrs. Jacobson seconded the motion, All were in favor. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 11 There was a unanimous vete to accept the resignation of <br /> Joseph F.
