BOARD of SELECTMEN <br /> MINI.� 1 ES ""' REGULAR SESSION <br /> MONDAY, JUNE 26v 1989 <br /> PAGE SEVEN <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 2. Mrs. Jacobson moved that all full--time members of the <br /> Sandwich Police Department who have successfully completed <br /> basic police training as required by the Massachusetts <br /> Criminal Justice Training Council , receive annual Special <br /> Police appointments from the Mashpee Board of Selectmen, <br /> pursuant to the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, <br /> Chapter 41 , Section 97A, Mr, Carter seconded the motion. <br /> A 1 1 were in favor. <br /> Mr. Carter moved to approve Mashpee Police Department <br /> Regulation: Special Police Patrol Force (Training, Duty <br /> Assignments, Scheduling, Job Description, Duty <br /> , Responsibilities and Procedures) . r. Hanson seconded the <br /> motion. All were in favor, <br /> The Board voted unanimously to grant the request of Mr. <br /> Joyner that Oldham Circle be closed from p.m. to <br /> p,m, on Saturday, July It 1989. The request had been <br /> approved by the Police and Fire Departments. <br /> . <br /> . Mr . Carter moved to appoint Lynne Waterman as the Mashpee <br /> representative on the Tenth District Senior Task Force. <br /> Mr. Hanson seconded the motion. All were in favor . <br /> . Mr. Canter moved to approve the request of Torn Fuda l a to <br /> carry over two and one-half I days of accumulated <br /> vacation. Mr. Hanson seconded the motion. All were in <br /> favor. <br /> . Mr. Carter moved to approve the request of Ernie Virgilio <br /> to waive the probation period of Dwight Peters. Mrs. <br /> Jacobson seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br />
