The Board authorized Ernie 1 i i 1 io to continue his work on <br /> Old Barnstable Roel relative to removal of trees and for <br /> Carol Jacobson to handle the networking n so that e 1 1 <br /> concerned parties are kept informed. <br /> Mr. Carter moved to authorize the Chairman to execute the <br /> management agreement between the Town and the Commonwealth <br /> of Massachusetts relative to the Mashpee Pond Boat Landing <br /> in order to be ready for the July 4 holiday weekend. Mrs. <br /> Jacobson seconded the motion. All were in favor, <br /> Mr. Hanson raised the issue of the $15,000 accepted by the <br /> Town from the State for the maintenance of Great Oak Road. <br /> Mr. Murphy stated that the letter of acceptance had been <br /> sent with no response to date. Mr. Goat l i eb stated that he <br /> would con ct the Department on ,June 27, 1989 to inquire <br /> about the funds. <br /> NEW BUSINESS <br /> 11 Mr. Carter moved to adopt Department Rules submitted tied by the <br /> Police Department l i ve to Performance Appraisal for <br /> Special Police Officern. Mr. Hensen seconded the motion. <br /> All were In favor. <br />
