Mrs . Jacobson seconded the <br /> motion, All were in favor . Mr. Carter was not present for the vote. <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> I . Robert Sullivan appeared before the Board to present the <br /> proposed "Ad t-A-H i hw /Beach Program" . <br /> Mr, Gottlieb stated that the Board supports the development <br /> f the program, but that there are sections of the program <br /> that need to be modified. Mr. Gottlieb also suggested that <br /> the group that had been formed to solve the problem of <br /> illegal dumpin in the Town meet again with further <br /> sua esti ns. <br /> 2. A public hearing was held relative to the application of <br /> General Amusement Corporation to operate two coin-operated <br /> amusement devices at the Mahee Cinema. Mr. .John Tullick, <br /> District Mangi er for Hoyt Cinemas appeared before the Beard <br /> relative to this application. <br /> Mr. Murphy informed the Board that Fields Point Limited <br /> P rtnerhs i p had notified the Town by telephone that they <br /> are opposed to these machines ,, but no written <br /> communication had been received nor was there an <br /> representation of the Company at the hearing, <br />
