Mr. Nutting advised the Board that COM Electric was ready <br /> to go forward to begin to change street lights and to <br /> address concerns raised by Mr. Justrom. <br /> 2 , Mrs* Jacobson asked what the status of Ma Glockner' <br /> Restaurant license was , Mr. Murphy prepared a letter <br /> before he left relative to the status of the license. <br /> . Mrs, Jacobson stated that the Town Treasurer and Town <br /> Accountant had advised her that the Board should be aware <br /> that in lieu of a Department Head, Mrs, Jacobson was <br /> handling Town Beaches , lifeguards, etc. Mrs. Jacobson also <br /> stated that it should be clear who Mr. Carter/Mrs. <br /> Jacobson) would be sinning which items relative to Parks <br /> Recreation. <br /> Mr. Carter stated that he had reviewed 60 applications for <br /> the position of Director and e had given the Personnel <br /> Board his re ommendatl ns, <br /> Mr. Carter questioned the status of vacancies on the <br /> Planning board. Mr. Gottlieb stated that the Planning <br /> Board had to initiate the process for appointing members . <br /> 50' Mr. Carter commented on the problems between the <br /> Conservation Commission and Charles Wrenberg and stated <br /> that after conversations with Ms. Ferriday, he feels the <br /> Conservation Commission is in the right. <br /> 61 Mr. Carter was advised that the deadline for the <br /> advertising of the Executive Secretary position is August <br /> 17, 1989, <br />
