John Driscoll of Seconsett Island <br /> attended to discuss a tfons of the Building Inspector and <br /> the Board of Appeals relative to the Little Fiver Boat <br /> Yard. <br /> Doug Board indicated that stop work orders had been issued <br /> but, according to residents, work continues at the rack and <br /> storage portion of the Boat Yard. her. Boyd stated that he <br /> d i d not feel that the stop work orders had been obeyed. <br /> Mr, Boyd was directed to meet with Town Counsel to clarify <br /> what work can and cannot be done in teras of the stop wort <br /> order. <br /> Mrs. Jacobson stepped dowry and removed herself from the <br /> room. <br /> Ernie Virgilio and Brad Fish attended to present an <br /> engineered drawing of a proposed location for the <br /> relocation of the Police Department's rifle and pistol <br /> range. There is a neer for a new location due to new <br /> construction and increased population in the present <br /> location. <br /> It was agreed that the Town Planner should see the plan and <br /> that the costs for this site should be estimated. Mr. <br /> Gottlieb stated that he would be interested in seeing the <br /> proposed location. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> 11 r. Hanson moved to execute the August 21 , 1989 special <br /> Town Meeting Warrant, Nr. Carter seconded the motion. Hr. <br /> Gottlieb and Mrs. Jacobson were in favor. Mr. Lawrence was <br /> opposed. <br />
