I ' <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I • <br /> I <br /> i <br /> i <br /> due to the time involved in compiling data and the level of <br /> staffing. <br /> Selectman Lawrence moved to expend $3, 000 from the Legal, <br /> Engineering, and Consulting Account to hire a consultant to prepare <br /> the Schedule A. -01 <br /> 2 # POLICY OF NEW PERSONNEL BOARD MEMBERS - Selectmen reviewed a policy <br /> for adoption relative to New Personnel Board members . <br /> Selectman Gottlieb asked that the Personnel Board be contacted for <br /> clarification as the policy was unclear as to which Board they <br /> were referring to. <br /> 3 . REQUEST FOR OPINION -- The Board reviewed a request for opinion of <br /> counsel from Mr. Sullivan who requested a ruling on the length of <br /> term for Personnel Board members . <br /> Selectman Lawrence moved to approve the request . Selectman Hanson <br /> seconded the motion, Vote was unanimous * <br /> 4 . LAND ACQUISITIONS SPECIAL TOWN MEETING - The Town Planner <br /> recommended that the motion for the two land articles on the <br /> special town meeting warrant reflect a prig of $251,040 for the <br /> 4 acre parcel and $115,000 for the 4 . 4 acne parcel . <br /> Selectman Jacobson moved to include the figures as recommended , <br /> Selectman Danson seconded the motion. Selectman Gottlieb and <br /> Carter were also in favor. Selectman Lawrence was opposed. <br /> REQUEST FOR STR ETDI TING - The Board received a letter from <br /> Dorothy Studley requesting that the street light moved from <br /> the end of her driveway to the next pole be moved back . <br /> Mr. Nutting explained that after looking at the situation he <br /> would recommend the Board disapprove firs , Studley ' s request <br /> as the streetlight at .its new location gives better lighting <br /> to the intersection. <br /> Selectman Ranson moved to disapprove the request of Mrs . Studley. <br /> Selectman Canter seconded the motion. Vote was unanimous . <br /> DONATIONS AT TOWN MUSEUM - Selectman Jacobson advised that at the <br /> present time the Senior Aides at the Museum are bringing there <br /> donation box to the Treasurer' s office to have them count the money <br /> as they have the key to the box. Selectman Jacobson recommended <br /> that the Senior Aides at the Museum be responsible for counting the <br /> money and turn it in to the Treasurer' s Office with the appropriate <br /> voucher as all departments do, <br /> Selectman Carter moved to concurr with the recommendation. <br /> Selectman Hanson seconded the motion. Vote was unanimous , <br /> 7 , PIMLICO POND ROAD PROPOSAL - Mr. Virgilio submitted a proposal <br />
