'� <br /> for a new layout for a portion of Pimlico Bond Road . <br /> Selectmen deferred action on this matter until the August 28, 1989 <br /> meeting of the Board . <br /> 81 SOUTH CAFE BEACH ADVISORY COMMITTEE LIAISON - The Chairman of the <br /> South Cape Beach State Park Advisory Committee advised the Board <br /> that he felt it would be in the best interest of everyone involved <br /> to have a liaison of the Board of Selectmen present at all <br /> Committee meetings . <br /> The Board agreed that Selectman Jacobson should be the liaison. <br /> CONSTABLE/WATER DISTRICT - Selectman Lawrence moved to appoint <br /> Vanden Kelley as constable to the water District. Selectman <br /> Carter seconded the motion. Vote was unanimous * <br /> 10 , & 11 . TOWN HALL BUILDING COMMITTEE APPOINTMENTS - It was <br /> recommended the Board appoint Thomas Fudala, Douglas Boyd, John <br /> Ferguson, Alec watt and Selectman Hanson to the Town Mall Building <br /> Committee, Mr. Delor Ellis had submitted a letter of interest but, <br /> at this time with the above recommendations, and the previous <br /> appointments of Deirdre Greelish and William Martiros space was <br /> not available. Selectman Jacobson questioned why Mr, Fudala and <br /> Mr. Boyd could not be ex officio which would open up room for <br /> Mr. Ellis . <br /> Selectman Lawrence moved to appoint Thomas Fudala, John Ferguson, <br /> Doug Boyd, Alec watt and Willard Hanson. Selectman Carter seconded <br /> the motion, Selectmen Jacobson and Gottlieb were in favor. <br /> Selectman Hanson stepped down. <br /> 129 ROTARY BY- PASS STUDY COMMITTEE - It was recommended the Board <br /> appoint Thomas Fudala, Anthony Ferragamo, Judy Mills, Ernest <br /> Virgilio, Arnold B. Chace Jr. , Douglas Storrs, Willard Hanson and <br /> one additional Selectman to the Rotary By-Pass Committee . <br /> Selectman Carter expressed interest in serving on the committee, <br /> Selectman Lawrence moved to appoint the above individuals . <br /> Selectman Jacobson seconded the motion. Selectman Gottlieb was in <br /> favor, Selectmen Manson and Carter stepped down, <br /> 13 , CONSERVATION COMMISSION MEMBER - The Conservation Commission <br /> recommended the appointment of Marry Desrosiers as a member <br /> to the Commission, <br /> Selectman Carter moved to appoint Mr, Desrosiers . Selectman <br /> Jacobson seconded the motion. Selectmen Hanson and Gottlieb were <br /> ,in favor. Selectman Lawrence was opposed. <br /> 0e, <br /> 14 . ASSISTANT HARBORMASTERS/FALMOUTH - Selectmen were requested to <br /> } <br /> appoint the Falmouth Assistant Harbormasters as Mashpee Assistant <br /> Harbormasters to assist in the Waquoit Bay area. Mashpee ' <br /> assistants had been appointed in Falmouth* <br />
