Lawrence moved to accept the Regular and Executive Session <br /> minutes of August 28, 1989. r. carter seconded the motion. All <br /> were in favor. <br /> APPOINTMENTS & HEARINGS <br /> I . A public hearing was held relative to the transfer of the <br /> liquor license for 1a f l ocner* s Restaurant. Attorney <br /> Richard Larga appeared before the Board representing <br /> Clout, In . who purchased a G l ocl ner`s Restaurant in June, <br /> 1989. r . Largay stated that there are no significant <br /> chances as a result of the sale and that the current <br /> manager, Donna Blethen would remain as manager on the <br /> license. <br /> Mr. Largay informed the Board that extensive interior <br /> renovations are necessary and that the principals did not <br /> expect to reopen possibly until spring, 1990. <br /> Mrs . Jacobson questioned a "'For Sale" sign on the property. <br /> Mr, Largay stated that there was a possibility of <br /> condo iniu i ation, but at this point, it is not likely* <br /> Chief Ridge a asked that the property of any businesses <br /> requesting license renewals , transfers , etc. be subject to <br /> roger fire inspection before issuance of the licenses. <br />
