Mr, Hanson <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> 2. Attorney Benjamin Losordo appeared before the Board <br /> relative to the Liquor License Transfer and Pledge of <br /> License for Deer Crossing Market. <br /> #r. Lawrence moved to accept the transfer of the all <br /> aIeoho1i c beverage license and the two P1 edges of License <br /> for 61A, Inc, (Douglas A. Beec r . Carter seconded the <br /> motion. A11 were In favor. Mr. Manson was not present for <br /> the vote. <br /> 3. Ernie Virgilio attended to discuss with the Board his <br /> proposal relative to the Route /Qu i naqu i sset Avenue <br /> traff l c prob 1 em. <br /> Mr. Virgilio proposed that an island e built and that no <br /> left turns be permitted into and out of Qu i nnaqu i sset <br /> Avenue, Mr. Virgilio stated that plastic harriers would be <br /> placed in order to prevent turns onto Quinnaquisset Avenue <br /> from Route 2 . There was dicusion relative to a traffic <br /> light bein placed at Orchard Road. Mr. Manson stated that <br /> a traffic light shy u1d be placed at Orchard Road before the <br /> uinnaquisset Avenue project is started, <br /> Mr. Virgilio advised the Board that the total cost for the <br /> project would be $32, 000 which would be paid for by the <br /> State. <br /> Mr. Gottlieb suggested that Mr, Virgilio obtain something <br /> in writing from the State DPW indicating when they will <br /> reimburse for the project and report back{ next week. <br />
