Mrs . Jacobson seconded the motion. Mr. <br /> Gottlieb and Mr. Hanson were in favor. Mr. Canter <br /> stepped down. <br /> Mr;. Hanson roved to grant permission to High Wood Water <br /> Company to supply water to the Donut Box. Mr. Lawrence <br /> seconded th motion. Mr. Gottlieb and Mrs . Jacobson <br /> were opposed. Mr. Carter stepped down. <br /> OLD BUSINESS <br /> . The Board discussed the policy on the control of Tow <br /> property. Mr. Lawrence indicated that item #2 should <br /> be deleted: The placement of ornamental objects o <br /> town property, described above, by Town employees shall <br /> be contingent on approval, by the Executive Secretary <br /> Objects which cause offense o the citizens of i` as pe <br /> on the basis of race, religion, tional origin or sex <br /> should not be placed on Town property y Town <br /> employees . Nothing in this policy is intended t <br /> discourage the placement of flags, seasonal <br /> decorations, or plants and flowers on Town property. <br /> Mr. Carter mored that Item #2 state: the placement o <br /> ornamental objects on Town property, excluding flags , <br /> seasonal decorations , or plants and flowers shall be <br /> contingent on approval by the Executive Secretary. Mr. <br /> Lawrence seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br /> Pursuant to Section 2 , 18 . 2. a. o the Town BY-Laws, Mr. <br /> Lawrence moved is the Executive Secretary be <br /> responsible for the proper use of all town property in <br /> accordance with the Policyon the Control. of Town <br /> Property adopted by the Board on this date. Mr. Carter <br /> seconded the motion. All were in favor. <br />
